d'oca "Quack" è ottenuto dalla lavorazione di sola carne d'oca (100%), solo con l'aggiunta di sale e spezie naturali, senza conservanti o additivi chimici.

The farm was established in 2005 and is specialised in the production of goose and duck delicatessen. The animals are bred in open spaces, without any constrictions, and are fed with natural selected poultry food.
Quack offers a wide range of products: pure goose salami, goose smoked breast, goose ham, goose liver patè, fresh pasta filled with goose meat, vegetables and cheese.
All products are homemade by using the natural meat of our geese, without adding preservatives and additives. Besides being innovative, Quack products are also very tasty and have excellent
nutritional properties: goose meat is full of unsaturated fatty acids (about 75%), in particular Omega 3, 6 and 9, which are strongly recommended in healthy diets.

THE TASTE
The goose salami Quack ® has an exquisite, delicate aroma and it is characterized by the typical sweet taste of goose meat. Highly digestible, it is the ideal starter, second course or appetizing
snack.
HIGH QUALITY AND HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION
The goose salami "Quack" is obtained from the processing of 100% goose meat, just adding salt and natural spices, without preservatives or
chemicals additives.
It is hand tied and the cured for 45 days, in order to preserve its flavour and taste better.
A SOURCE OF OMEGA 9, 6 and 3!
The goose salami "Quack" has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids: at least the 70%!
In particular, oleic and linoleic acids are also contained in other healthy foods (such as olive oil, nuts and fish), highly recommended for a proper diet.
These fatty-acids raise HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) levels and are essential to maintain the proper functioning of our organism.
