Da tempi molto antichi, le colline della provincia di Teramo rappresentano una tra le più importanti zone enologiche d'Italia.
Il terroir e le particolari condizioni pedoclimatiche conferiscono al Montepulciano d'Abruzzo (autoctono della zona), alcune particolarità specifiche per ottenere un vino che è la più alta espressione dell'enologia regionale.
Cantine Torri ha una produzione basata sulla cura e il rispetto delle tradizioni.
Oggi Cantine Torri è una bandiera di ecocompatibilità: modificando coerentemente i loro standard e nel tentativo di abbattere costantemente l'impatto ambientale in tutte le fasi di
produzione, ha deciso di investire in nuove fonti di energia a basso impatto ambientale.

represent one of the most relevant enological areas of Italy.
The terroir and the particular pedoclimatic conditions give the Montepulciano dʼAbruzzo, that is autochthonous of this area, some specific peculiarities to obtain a wine that is the highest
expression of regional enology.
It was in this area that in 1968 started the ambitious project of Cantine Torri
Many producers of this area started a cooperative and gave life to a common
project of production based on the care and the respect of the traditions,
that together with high-tech facilities, meant to valorize the result of work of
each copartners.
The real transformation however, regarded the working in the fields, where on about 50 ha. of vineyards they began a transformation process that brought to the exclusive use
of
biological treatments: all these efforts has led us in 2012 to be recognized and certified as an organic farm.
Today Cantine Torri is a flag of Ecocompatibility: by changing coherently their standards and in the attempt of constantly breaking down the environmental impact in all stages
of
production, they have decided to invest in new sources of eco-friendly energy.
The choice of producing mainly native grape varieties perfectly blends this framework of intents, and we are confident that you will find this commitment in tasting our wines.
